During this workshop, discuss what mindfulness actually is and what it means to be more “mindful” in our daily lives.  Through first-hand experience, we learn a number of simple, yet powerful techniques designed to enhance wellbeing, allow us to become more graceful in managing difficult thoughts and emotions, and improve the quality of our relationships with family, friends, colleagues, and team members.

The session is broken down as follows:

  • Presentation                                                    30 minutes
  • Personal Practice                                            10 minutes
  • Open discussion / Q&A                                   20 minutes
