- Victoria Order of Nurses Wellness Wednesdays Caregiver support group: 52 weeks of mindfulness: A free weekly mindfulness group via Zoom that focuses on caregivers’ wellbeing and teaches the tools & practices needed to lower anxiety and boost memory and focus.
