This page provides an explanation of how to sign up and pay for your membership. The process is actually done on the Membership Page.
New Members:
You have two choices:
- A “Foundation Builder Subscription” which means an automatically renewing membership paid annually.
or - An “Annual Community Membership” which means you get a membership for one year only, after which your membership will expire. At this point you can renew for another year or you can sign up for “Foundation Builder Subscription”.
Once you choose which option you want, you click either of the bars seen below. (Note these bars are not hyperlinked in this page.)


The first page after you click the green bar will be a registration form where you enter your information. Your email becomes your username and you will choose your own password.
You will then be directed to a PayPal payment page where you have two options:
- Payment for your membership using your PayPal account
- Payment with your credit card. Our membership software uses Pay Pal to securely handle your credit card information and transfer your payment to us. Choosing this option will NOT create a PayPal account.
Once you have successfully paid for your membership you will get an automated welcome email, and an email about the payment from PayPal.
Other options: Interac or cheque
- You can pay by Interac transfer to info@mindfulnesshamilton.ca. Please make sure that you add a note in the transfer that it is for a new or renewed membership.
- You can pay by cheque mailed to Mindfulness Hamilton 271 Graham Ave S Hamilton L8K2M7. Please make sure you include a note that the payment is for a new or renewed membership and include your email.
- To choose one of these options, just leave the registration process when you arrive at the PayPal payment page. At this point, you are registered. Next, just do as outlined in the previous bullet point(s). Once we receive payment, we will set up your membership manually. This might take a week or two for Interac and sometimes more for a cheque. Once we have created your membership you will get a welcome email. Note when you leave the standard registration and payment process you will get an automated message inviting you to try to resume the Pal Pal process. Just ignore that if you want to pay by Interac or cheque.

Once you have registered, you have an Account which you access by logging in. It looks like this:

Membership Renewal
Regardless of payment type you will get an automated notice each year (that you have paid or you are due to pay in order to maintain your membership).
To pay via PayPal, log in to your Account. Click on the Payments tab and follow the instructions to pay again.
To pay again by Interac or cheque follow the instructions above.
Changing your membership type
To change your membership type, please cancel your existing membership and then join us again by selecting your membership type of choice on the Join Us page.
Cancelling your membership
Log In to your Account. Click on the Subscriptions tab where you can discontinue your membership.
Lost your Password?
Click the Forgot Password option under the green Log In button.
Email lost in spam folder?
