What is Mindfulness?
This fall we will start our free meditation drop-in program at the Central Library with a talk about what mindfulness is. We invite you to join one of the founders of Mindfulness Hamilton for a session focused on mindfulness – what it is and its relation to meditation, some history, and what scientific studies have shown us. There will be time for questions and time to practice mindful meditation.
