Instructor: Patrice Palmer (M.Ed., M.A.) is an adult educator with 30 years of experience teaching in Canada and Hong Kong. She currently teaches Positive Education at WLU and taught Positive Psychology, the science of human flourishing, at Mohawk College. Patrice is a Mindfulness Facilitator and Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) and likes to incorporate mindful movement in her facilitation. She is interested in exploring how art, nature and photography can be integrated into mindfulness practices.
