Mindfulness Hamilton: Mindful Connection & Networking

Join us for an intentional evening of connection with the Mindfulness Hamilton community.

This gathering offers a different kind of networking experience — one rooted in presence, curiosity, and authentic conversation. Through guided meditation, structured connection activities, and open community mingling, you will have the opportunity to meet people who share an interest in mindfulness, wellbeing, and be part of creating a supportive community in Hamilton.

Whether you practice mindfulness, teach mindfulness or you are simply curious about mindfulness, you are welcome.

Together, we will slow down, connect meaningfully, and explore how mindfulness can continue to grow through community.

Schedule:

5:30 – 5:45pm: Arrival + Gentle Landing

5:45 – 5:55pm: Opening + Land Acknowledgement

5:55 – 6:00pm: Guided Meditation

6:00 – 6:30pm: Guided Connection Activity

6:30 – 7:15pm: Open Networking + Mingling

7:15 – 7:25pm: Guided Meditation

7:25 – 7:30pm: Closing
