With the INSIGHT MEDITATION COMMUNITY OF BALTIMORE AND COLUMBIA
These drop-in classes include: teachings, guided meditation, gentle mindfulness practices, and group discussion.
While many of the practices are inspired by Buddhist teachings, mindfulness and insight meditation are accessible to people of all backgrounds, beliefs, and levels of experience. All are warmly welcome.
When and Where: We gather online every Wednesday from 7:00–8:30 p.m. via Zoom.
