Becoming Free: How to Use Mindfulness for Personal Growth and Healing

March 26 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

$10 – $40

Join us for an evening workshop designed to help you use mindfulness to foster personal growth, emotional healing, and a more authentic life. In this workshop, you will explore the core mindfulness skills of concentration, clarity, and equanimity, which can illuminate the painful emotions stored in the body and facilitate their release.

By creating these emotional openings, mindfulness encourages greater psychological insight, empowering you to better understand your emotional landscape. With this insight, you will learn how to respond more skillfully to each moment, leading to increased freedom, emotional balance, and personal authenticity.

The evening will include a blend of teaching, guided meditation, and discussion to help you relax deeply and tap into insights that can accelerate your emotional healing. Whether you’re new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this workshop offers a valuable opportunity to deepen your mindfulness practice with the guidance of a skilled and experienced facilitator.

Come experience the transformative power of mindfulness and take steps toward a freer, more connected way of living.
