Yoga for Improving Sleep with Tama Soble: A FREE on line Mindfulness Toronto Community Event Tues March 24, 12pm – 1pm EST

The body and mind both play a role when sleep is elusive. Let’s explore asana, pranayama and meditation practices that quiet the nervous and respiratory systems, and gently unwind the tension throughout the body. In this way we will begin to feel and understand a quiet and comfortable state that can guide us towards deep and productive sleep. No previous yoga experience is required.
For your comfort in this online session, please bring a yoga mat or other comfortable surface to rest on during our practice together.
Tama Soble completed her yoga teacher training at Esther Myers Yoga Studio with Esther Myers, Monica Voss and Paola di Paola. She has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 40 years. Tama co-owns and teaches classes and teacher training at Esther Myers Yoga Studio. She conducts retreats in Ontario, British Columbia and internationally, and has been teaching classes specifically focused on supporting those with anxiety, depression and insomnia for two decades.
