The sessions will be led by a group of Mindfulness Hamilton members who have volunteered to facilitate. The format varies from week to week but will usually consist of a combination of guided meditation, silent meditation, sometimes seated, sometimes moving. Participants vary from people completely completely new to meditation to experienced meditators. There is always time for comments and questions and answers in the last 15 minutes of the sessions.
No registration is required. Simply drop in and enjoy. Please ask at the information desk for directions as to where we will meet.
