To kick off the new location for our free drop-in meditation program at Dundas Library, we invite you to join us for a session focused on the benefits of learning to navigate the world more mindfully. We will explore the what, why, and how of mindfulness for an enlightening evening where we will learn, discuss, and ultimately practice this life-changing skill of mindfulness.
