MINDFULNESS-BASED STRESS MANAGEMENT: Introduction to Mindfulness Practices
Mindbreak Studio 501 Templemead Drive, Hamilton, Ontario, CanadaIn this four week series participants will explore the basics of simple mindfulness practices with an overview of the neuroscience that supports them. This workshop will provide participants with the tools to establish a regular personal mindful practice. Research indicates that four weeks of regular practice as little as 10 minutes a day will restructure the brain which will help you manage and cope with stress better, regulate emotions and improve your overal well-being.
The series will run on Wednesdays September 9, 16, 23, 30, from 7-9 pm
