Allison began meditating in 2010 after attending a 10 day meditation retreat that had a profound and positive impact on her life. She has been dedicated to practicing the art of Meditation and experiencing the benefits ever since. She has studied various techniques from around the world and has experienced the benefits and wonders that proper meditation can provide. In 2015 she began to share her personalized technique with people in her community who were also in search of a deeper spiritual connection with themselves and others and with life. Allison’s teaching simplifies the practice of meditation giving her students the tools and guidance to go deep inside themselves revealing inner peace, clarity and a true sense of self.
