Join us in practicing mindfulness, focusing on integrating mind, body and heart. This retreat is the last in our series for winter-spring 2025 to resume in September 2025. Through mindful movement, breath and reflective guided practices, we will explore connection – mind-body, community and nature. Heidi and Steve will lead the guided mindfulness practices, and David will guide movement with Qigong, connecting movement, mindfulness and breathing to invigorate and improve energy.
Come and allow yourself to be cared for by others and experience connecting with others in the group, as we practice mindful awareness together.
