Dr. Kathirasan K, PhD is the Founder and CEO of the Centre for Mindfulness and the Mindfulness Academy. A Certified Mindfulness Teacher–Professional (CMT-P), he is a scholar-practitioner with over two decades of dedicated mindfulness practice rooted in the Indic traditions of meditation and philosophy. Kathirasan serves on the board of the International Mindfulness Teachers Association and is the author of several books on mindfulness and its modern applications.
