- Through guided meditations and informal practices to decrease reactivity and respond to life’s challenging moments with kindness, care, and understanding
- The empirically supported benefits of self-compassion
- To motivate yourself with kindness rather than criticism
- Skills to handle difficult emotions with greater ease
- Ways to transform challenging relationships
- How to manage caregiver fatigue
- The art of savouring and self-appreciation
