Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation: A 6-week course with Rohini Kumar

Hello fellow students of mindfulness. My name is Rohini Kumar, I am a long-time practitioner of mindfulness and am currently a student in the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program under Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. I am honoured to be offering a 6 week Introduction to Mindfulness course as part of my training. Together, we will be exploring fundamentals of mindfulness such as mindfulness of the breath, body, emotions and thoughts, as well as experimenting with stillness and movement practice. Whether you have an established meditation practice, or are curious about mindfulness, all are welcome on this journey to discovering peace right where you are.
