Becoming Free: How to Use Mindfulness for Personal Growth and Healing A course: Mondays January 6 – March 3, 2025 3:30 – 5:00 pm

The core mindfulness skills of concentration, clarity and equanimity can
shine a light on painful emotions held in the body, and facilitate their
release. This can also lead to psychological insight. With emotional
release and greater insight, we can choose better ways to meet each
moment, and live with greater freedom and authenticity. All levels of
experience are welcome.
In this small group program, you will learn ways to:
•Deeply relax
•Facilitate emotional healing
•Tap into psychological insight
Format:
•talks, visual aids, practices, discussion, resources
•group size limited to 8 participants

Fee: $325.
(May be eligible for coverage through Extended Health BeneHits)
Facilitator: Anna Taneburgo, B.S.W., M.Ed., R.S.W.
Anna is a social worker who has taught mindfulness for over 20 years.
