Who would benefit from this workshop? The 16G’s have attracted everyone from neuroscientists to schoolteachers, corporations to social services agencies, parents to community builders – anyone who is in need of motivation to change their outlook and practices.

This workshop provides practical tools for building inner strength and a more meaningful, fulfilled life based on the 16 Guidelines for Life.

Join us for this 12-hour live online course to experience mindfulness, engage in interactive activities and small group discussions: Together we will reflect, discover and challenge our habitual assumptions.  Exploring universal human values, we will draw on the knowledge of wisdom traditions and contemporary science to discover more about how we  think, act, relate to others and uncover a meaningful life. During these challenging times we can support ourselves and others to reduce stress and anxiety by nurturing our positive qualities.

Course facilitator:

The course will be lead by Sharon Babineau. Sharon is an accredited 16G Level 1 and Building Balanced Empathy facilitator based in Hamilton, Canada. She has presented many 16 G inspired workshops across Canada, including co-designing a University of Toronto AMM MIND 16 G Level 1 course.

Attendance of all four sessions is required to receive the end-of-course certificate.
