Mindfulness Walk – A guided nature-based mindfulness practice with Lauren Anastasi, Registered Psychotherapist

Mindfulness Walk

Inspired by the philosophy of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, this gentle walk invites you to focus on the physical experience of walking while becoming more aware of your thoughts, feelings, and sensations. Participants will also be invited to commune with nature and slow down into the present moment.

This practice may help reduce stress, increase positive emotions, and support a sense of calm and connection.
