Mindfulness for Stress Reduction

This 6-week program for small groups (maximum 6 participants) is a variation of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program. It is primarily practice-based, with teachings arising out of participants’ experience.
The program includes:
- a brief overview of mindfulness: What is it? How does it work?,
- ways in which it helps reduce stress in personal life and in work,
- mindfulness practices, including both seated and movement practices,
- strategies to bring mindfulness into everyday life.
For those who are interested in continuing after the program, there are additional programs in Deepening Practice, Deepening Insight, Mindful Communication and Integration.
