Learn how to foster a kind supportive attitude toward ourselves as we navigate through life’s struggles. Leading research indicates that self-compassion is connected with emotional well-being, less anxiety, depression and stress. It nurtures the maintenance of healthy behaviours such as diet and exercise and satisfying relationships. In this workshop you will be introduced to mindfulness and self-compassion practices that will help you learn how to stop being hard on yourself, manage difficult emotions and motivate yourself with encouragement rather than criticism.
