In this half-day workshop you will discover how mindfulness-based practices strengthen your willpower and self-control. In this experiential workshop you will learn the brain science behind why we give in to temptation and how we can find the strength to resist. You will be guided in simple mindfulness-based practices to develop self-awareness to break old habits and conquer procrastination.
