You will learn the brain science behind why we give in to temptation and how we can find the strength to resist. In this interactive session you will be guided in simple mindfulness-based practices to develop self- awareness to break old habits, increase your focus and manage stress.

Arunas is the co-founder of Mindful Solutions for Change http://mindfulsolutionsforchange.com which delivers mindfulness-based programs for educators, organizations and individuals. Arunas is certified as a Mindfulness Meditation Specialist and Transformative Mindfulness Methods Facilitator, trained at the University of Toronto Factor Inwentash School of Social Work. He is an associate facilitator with Mindfulness Everyday delivering smart Education, a 20 hr self care program for educators and support staff. Arunas is also the Director of the Centre for Compassion and Wisdom, an international non-profit organization facilitating mindfulness-based programs.
