With a nod to fall, this 6-week mindfulness program, is an opportunity for reflection after a season of activity. It is designed for those who already have a foundation in mindfulness. The sessions will offer time for deep, restorative practice, as well as the opportunity to reflect on aspects of life that you would like to improve.
The 90 minute sessions are held at a private studio in west Hamilton. Group size is limited to 6 participants.
Anna Taneburgo, B.S.W., M.Ed., R.S.W. has taught numerous mindfulness courses to hundreds of health care professionals at Hamilton Health Sciences and McMaster University, as well as to community members through her private practice.
