  • to help you see the automatic pilot reactions to everyday fear and anxiety and to explore what happens when you  become more “aware”.
  • to help you explore the difference between thinking about anxiety and experiencing it directly through our senses.
  • to help you face (rather than avoid) difficulties that arise in your life from time to time.
  • to help you explore how negative ways of thinking gradually dissipate when you actively practice self-love and kindness.
  • to help you befriend your fear and anxiety
  • to help apply Mindfulness into your daily life, so it’s always there when you need it the most.
