Journeying Through Our Life Transitions

February 4, 2017 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Join us for an opportunity to learn the Non-Violent Process ( www.CNVC.org) and Compassionate Mindfulness tools in the context of whatever life transitions you may be moving through.

This series of three workshops is for those of us in transition (with our identity, relationships, family, career, community, illness and death etc) who want to:

learn practical ways to relate to ourselves, others and our world, through the process of Non-Violent Communication in a way that meaningfully supports our journey of transition

– honour and acknowledge the depth of our experience

– explore the profound difference it can make when we move through the challenges in our own lives with compassionate awareness

Feb. 4 & 18, Mar. 4 – Saturdays from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

(note * each day builds on the learning and teachings from the time before, also the choosing of every other week is to allow time for participants to integrate and practise the skills learned)
