The Five Tibetan Yogas include five gentle exercises, combined with mindful practices to generate a healthy body and a positive mind-set. This program as taught by
Za Choeje Rinpoche to Dekyi-Lee Oldershaw goes beyond the physical and breath work. When practiced as a longer-term daily practice, the Five Tibetan Yogas balance the subtle elements in your body and transforms confusion, anger, attachment and other negative mental states The exercises are designed for all ages and levels of fitness. Although similar in nature, the Five Tibetan Yogas is not a traditional Hatha Yoga practice and is designed to compliment rather than replace an existing yoga/meditation practice.
