| Andrea Soos Yoga studio will offer an early morning Meditation Sitting Group for those who wish to practice together this summer. These sessions will be held in silence, and are intended to support ongoing meditation practice. This will not be a teaching class, but there will be opportunities to address practice questions or struggles at the end of the sitting. Starts this week! Wednesday mornings 7:30-8:30am July 8, 15, 22, August 5 & 19 There is no registration required for this drop-in class – a cash fee of $5 will be paid to the studio upon arrival, with an offering of ‘dana’ (a gift of generosity) to the teacher.
