Co-Design Inner Work: Cultivating a Co-Design ‘Heartset’ and‘Mindset’ within Ourselves and with Others

Are you a community member, designer, researcher, or student? Are you interested in co-design? Please join us on June 1st at the McMaster Centre for Continuing Education for our in-person workshop:
Facilitated by Dr. Sean Park, Dr. Robert Fleisig & Dr. Bill Sutherland
In this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their own lived experience in cultivating a ‘heartset’ and ‘mindset’ for co-design work. We will share practices of mindfulness, dialogue, and reflection as a means of tuning into self and others.
This workshop will take place from 1:00pm to 4:00pm at 1 James St. N. Hamilton ON (Rm# OJN 206)
Cost for workshop is $50 for students/trainees & lived experience experts and $75 for faculty/clinicians. If cost is a barrier, please contact copro22@mcmaster.ca
