Research has shown that engaging in creative and artistic practices has positive effects on emotional well-being, personal resilience, compassion and innovation. In this full-day intensive course, participants will be immersed in creative practices, facilitated by local professional artists in a fun, low-pressure environment.
The artists will guide you through a range of interactive and reflective activities designed to foster mindfulness and self-awareness, enhance resilience, spark creativity and deepen insight. This curriculum has been designed to encourage a sense of play and exploration; guaranteed to induce laughter and exuberance, and to help you bring more creativity to your work and life!
Each session will involve a variety of creative exercises including movement. Please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing.
