- Extended direct experience of practice, body scan, mindful movement, sitting with awareness of breath, mountain meditation, walking meditation, sound meditation, eating meditation, thoughts are not facts meditation, loving kindness meditation.
- Closing discussion, how to transition to informal life, on going support and resources.
- A take-home package with tools you can apply in your life and work including: a simple definition of mindfulness, informal practice suggestions, 10 ways to apply it to your life and work, home practice assignment.
