DESCRIPTION:Research indicates that four weeks of regular practice will restructure the brain in ways that will help you improve your ability to manage and cope with stress\, regulate emotions and improve your overall well-being. MINDFUL SOLUTIONS FOR CHANGE presents a four-week introduction to mindfulness designed for individuals with limited or no mindfulness experience. Arunas is certified as a Mindfulness Meditation Specialist and Transformative Mindfulness Methods Facilitator\, trained at the University of Toronto Factor Intewash School Of Social Work. He is a trained facilitator with Mindfulness Without Borders\, which delivers Social Emotional Learning (SEL) curriculum to high school students. Arunas trained with Dekyi Lee Oldershaw at the Centre for Compassion and Wisdom\, and received certification as a facilitator in the 16 Guidelines\, and the 5 Tibetan Yogas. This program as taught by  \nZa Choeje Rinpoche to Dekyi-Lee Oldershaw goes beyond the physical and breath work.  When practiced as a longer-term daily practice\, the Five Tibetan Yogas balance the subtle elements in your body and transforms confusion\, anger\, attachment and other negative mental states The exercises are designed for all ages and levels of fitness.
