DESCRIPTION:A Mindfulness Meditation Review \nwith \nMarlene Van Esch\, MSW; Linda Macdonald MD \nReview\, digest and consolidate:\nYou have completed the MBSR-X or have other mindfulness meditation\nexperience\, and you want a refresher helping you renew your commitment\,\nreview your practice and consolidate your gains. This workshop will provide\nthe opportunity to revisit the most basic principles of Dynamic Mindfulness\nand clarify misunderstandings that may have crept into your practice.
