DESCRIPTION:Digital Wellness Tips: Enhancing Student Learning & Well-Being in In-Person & Virtual Learning Environments\nAt all levels of education\, the learning environment has evolved over the years. Increasingly\, students are required to engage with a variety of learning spaces and tools\, including the physical classroom and/or lab\, virtual environments (on a learning management system – LMS or video conferencing – e.g.\, Zoom)\, and physical spaces outside of the classroom (e.g.\, nature\, museums). A variety of technology and social media platforms are also being utilized and integrated into these environments. How can students optimize their attention\, engagement\, and learning in these diverse learning spaces?
