DESCRIPTION:Begin your fall with a wellness reset. Join Andrea for a day long retreat at De la Sol Yoga. Explore a yoga practice to help balance your posture and tension. Move into a deep Restorative practice in the afternoon. Other yoga concepts and practices such as self study\, chanting and yoga philosophy will be explored\, as the group guides inquiry throughout the day. \nWhile not meditation\, Restorative Yoga is a mindfulness-based practice that deeply supports and enhances any meditation practice. \nThis retreat runs from 9 am to 5 pm on September 6. \nTo register\, go to LINK
