Cost of Membership

Annual Membership costs only $25

New Members: There are two steps: the first is to create a username and password for the website. Once you do that successfully you will get an automated email from the website software. The second step is the payment and the options are outlined below.

For both existing/previous members who are renewing their membership (usually after receiving an automated reminder) and for new members there are three methods of payment.

PayPal is integrated with our website membership software. You can pay using your Pay Pal account if you have one or of use Pay Pal to handle your credit or debit card information without creating a Pay Pal account.

You will also have an option to choose if you want your membership to be automatically renewed annually or to pay for just one year.

Note: You will know that your membership payment has been successfully completed when you get an automated welcome and payment receipt emails. If you do NOT receive emails, you can assume that the payment did not go through . Please try again. Often it is a typo. Please let us know if you are unsuccessful at info@mindfulnesshamilton.ca

2. If you prefer not to pay by credit card via Pay Pal, you will need to exit the process at the point where you have a choice to pay using PayPal with a Debit or Credit Card. Your website registration will still be intact.

You can pay by Interac transfer to info@mindfulnesshamilton.ca.  Please make sure that you add a note in the transfer that it is for a new or renewed membership and include your email.

Note that we need to create or update this membership manually so there may be a delay of two weeks or so. You will know when we have done this because you will get an automated welcome email.  Note: If you do NOT receive a welcome email, you can assume that there is an issue and that your membership has not been created or updated. Please let us know if this occurs at info@mindfulnesshamilton.ca .

3. You can pay by cheque mailed to Mindfulness Hamilton 271 Graham Ave S Hamilton L8K2M7. Please make sure you include a note that the payment is for a new or renewed membership and include your email.

You will know when we have received your payment and created or renewed your membership because you will get an automated welcome email. There may be a delay of a 3 weeks or so. You will know when we have done this because you will get the automated welcome email. Note if you do NOT receive a welcome email, you can assume that there is an issue and the your membership has not been created or updated. Please let us know at info@mindfulnesshamilton.ca if this occurs.

Membership Renewal

For automatically renewing memberships you will get an automated notice of payment each year.

For one time payments (Interac transfers, cheques and PayPal enabled) payments you will get an automated reminder email when your membership expires a year after payment and you will need to again send payment if you want to continue to be a member. To pay via Pay Pal, log into the membership and follow the instructions to pay again, one time or automatically recurring. To pay by Interac, follow the instructions above

To Cancel your Mindfulness Hamilton Membership:

  • Log In to your Mindfulness Hamilton on the Home Page. This will reveal Member on the green bar (to the right of About). Click Member and that will open up a drop down menu, the first item of which is Account. Click on Account and that will take you  to the Subscriptions page where you can discontinue your membership. If you have lost your password Mindfulness Hamilton has a password recovery option which will email you a new password, (which you can change to a simpler one when you log back in).
