DESCRIPTION:Mind Trails is a mindfulness hiking group held bi-weekly on Mondays or Tuesdays at 3pm\, with a variety of beginner friendly to intermediate hikes. The hiking group is led by Katrina Lefebvre\, a BA Psychology graduate from McMaster University\, who has also attained First Aid training and her Hike Lead certificate. Hikes are free (except for parking fees) and held within the Hamilton/Dundas community. Waivers must be signed before attending. To sign up\, search @MindTrailsProject on Instagram and Facebook and click the Google form link in the bio. The link will take you to a Google form version of our waiver! After signing up\, prepare for your hike by packing your own water\, food\, and gear you might need. Hikes have a 10-minute grace period – hike lead will wait for 10 minutes at the trail entrance before beginning the hike. Feel free to catch up to the group if you do arrive late! It should be noted that the end times of hikes are not set in stone\, and some trails are out-and-back\, meaning that it will take additional time to head back to the starting point. \nHike Dates:  \nMAY 19: Princess Point/Cootes Paradise loop\, 3.5 km\, 3:30pm-4:45pm \nJUNE 2: Battlefield Monument to Devil’s Punchbowl\, 3.5 km\, 3:30pm-5:00pm \nJUNE 16: Borer’s Falls Trail\, 4.1km\, 3:30pm-4:30pm (moderately difficult) \nJUNE 30: Canterbury Falls and Sherman Falls\, 3.5 km\, 3:30pm-5:00pm \nSIGN UP: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1L3K9gM8XNthnHYVMf5lDGfIFIRX2EWKGc-BTiyeYf-8/edit \nSOCIALS:  \nFB:  https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61575182323900&sk=about  \nINSTAGRAM: https://www.instagram.com/mindtrailsproject?fbclid=IwY2xjawKPK1tleHRuA2FlbQIxMABicmlkETFua2hXaWlFSmxFY09kSzd2AR4Z4vswOnufB9A78-NIhSD99PMTcFaSNN6vhJgP_RWYMb_d4qQRMOhiumhR8g_aem_hf6I44nRpbEccBUHr4Oyng
