We will also have chairs and some mats on hand. \nStreet parking is available and you may also use the parking lot at the Crown Point Community Church north of the Y. \nNo matter your level of experience with mindful meditation\, you will benefit from this hour break from everyday life. \nYou are welcome to decide to come at the last minute. However we ask that you register in advance if possible so that we can notify you if there are any changes in the schedule.
