SUMMARY:Mindfulness for Stress Reduction:  6 - week course
DESCRIPTION:This 6-week program for small groups (maximum 6 participants) is a variation of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program.  It is primarily practice-based\,with teachings arising out of participants’ experience. It\nprovides the unique opportunity for health care professionals to develop their personal\nmindfulness practice as well as to examine the interface between mindfulness practice\nand the arts of healing and teaching.
