SUMMARY:“Paying Attention”: Cultivating the Practice of Insight Meditation
DESCRIPTION:‘On the Cushion’: An Insight Meditation Sitting Group \nThese 6 sessions will be held in silence.  The purpose is to support ongoing meditation practice for those with experience\, and to provide opportunity for others to develop a sitting practice. This will not be a teaching class per se\, but will be designed around a theme.  There will be opportunities to address practice questions or struggles.  There is no registration required\, and people are free to ‘drop in’.  A cash fee of $5 will be paid to the studio upon arrival and the offering of ‘dana’ (a gift of generosity) to the teacher. \nDate: Wednesdays – September 9 to October 14 \nTime: 7:30-8:30 AM \nTeacher: Donna Paige
