Meditation Group on Tuesday nights now open to public

September 5 @ 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Long established meditation group will now meet at Hamilton Quaker Meeting House, 7 Butty Place in West Hamilton near Whitney and Lower Horning on first and third Tuesday of each month. Start at 7:30 with 45 minute sitting meditation followed by a short reading and a talking circle. We end with tea and socializing, finished by 9:30. A donation of $2.00 appreciated.There is no teacher and the meditation is self-guided. All welcome.
