An event every 2 weeks that begins at 6:45 am on Thursday, repeating until January 31, 2021

7:00 – 8:00 Meditation and discussion
There is a group of Mindfulness Hamilton members who lead the meditations and facilitate the group.
The format varies from week to week but will usually consist of a number of guided meditations, sometimes seated, sometimes moving, and discussion and questions and answers.
Participants vary from people completely new to meditation to experienced meditators.
Due to low attendance of the Zoom sessions, we are suspending them as of the end of Jan 2021.
We hope to resume in person weekly meditation sessions once it is safe to do so, either the fall of 2021 or later.
