Mindfulness for Stress Reduction – 6 week courses

September 12 @ 6:30 pm - December 9 @ 11:00 am


This is a 6-week course for small groups (maximum 6 participants) that is a variation on the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program.  It is primarily practice-based, with teachings arising out of the participants' experience.  Therefore, it is suitable for those new to mindfulness and those wishing to continue their practice in a supportive environment. 

Dates and Times:

Tuesdays, September 12 - October 17, 6:30-8:00 pm


Saturdays, September 16 - October 21, 9:30-11:00 am

Fee:  $150. for 6 weeks (90 minute sessions)

Group size is limited.

Location:  West Hamilton

Please note:

The courses will run continuously.  The next courses are:

Tuesdays, October 24 - December 5


Saturdays, October 28 - December 9

(no classes week of November 13th)
