Mindfulness for Stress Reduction: 6 – week course

This 6-week program for small groups (maximum 6 participants) is a variation of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program. It is primarily practice-based,with teachings arising out of participants' experience. Therefore, it is suitable for those new to mindfulness, and those who wish to continue their practice in a supportive environment.
Fee: $180. for 6 weeks (90 minute sessions)
Group size is limited.
Location: West Hamilton (directions to private studio available upon registration)
