Mindfulness and the Brain (Teens encouraged to attend)

This workshop is for anyone who is interested in learning about the science behind mindfulness and how it can benefit our physical, mental, and emotional well being. Various techniques and practice, such as yoga and breathing, are introduced to help you in your daily practice towards stress reduction.

Although this workshop is open to everyone, special attention will be placed on teens - how stress affects them and how they can cope with stressors in their life.
$30.00 before May 18, 2018
(students under 20yrs old, $15.00, for the whole package)
