8-Week Meditation Challenge
Week One - Introducing meditation techniques to help you see the automatic pilot reactions to everyday fear and anxiety and to explore what happens when you “wake up”.
Week Two - Introducing meditation techniques to help you explore the difference between thinking about anxiety and experiencing it directly through our senses.
Week Three - Introducing meditation techniques to help you face (rather than avoid) difficulties that arise in your life from time to time.
Week Four - Introducing meditation techniques to help us make time for more nourishing activities and limit those things that drain and deplete your inner resources.
Week Five - Introducing meditation techniques to help you explore how negative ways of thinking gradually dissipate when you actively practice self-love and kindness.
Week Six - Introducing meditation techniques that progressively reveal how you can be unconsciously sucked into “overthinking”.
Week Seven -  Introducing meditation techniques to help you befriend your negative emotions and see the possibility of riding their powers without harming yourself or others.
Week Eight -  How to apply Mindfulness into your daily life, so it’s always there when you need it the most.
