DECLUTTER YOUR MIND to Live a Happier, Healthier, Less Stressful Life

The benefits of decluttering your home and office have been proven time and time again. By getting rid of things that you no longer need, you free up the physical space around you to provide better focus on what’s important.

Now just imagine what would happen if you decluttered your mind.

By learning to slow the never-ending stream of thoughts in your mind you can free up the brain space to be present with the people and things that are truly important in your life. You can literally rewire your brain to stop dwelling on things in the past, or worrying so much about the future and find peace and presence right now.

In as little as 10 minutes a day, the tools you learn will help you achieve your goals, improve your relationships, and reduce stress and anxiety. Seriously.

Imagine that when you are stuck in a traffic jam you can remain calm.

Imagine being able to stop worrying about things all the time, and watching your anxiety decrease.

Imagine watching all your relationships – from your kids or spouse to clients and coworkers – visibly improve.

7pm to 9:30pm Monday evenings beginning February 25th to April 15Th (inclusive, with two weeks off)


A combination of personal development and mindfulness-based exercises and techniques will be taught during this course. You will be guided to create your own personalized toolbox to pull from when you need it most – helping you to lead a healthier, happier and less stressful life.

February 25th: Rewiring our brain for happiness & success

Mindfulness is an integral tool for staying healthy in our fast-paced modern world. With this practice it’s possible to actually rewire our brains in a positive way and we are introduced to a basic techniques to begin this process.

March 4th: We are not our thoughts

Learn to recognize unconscious negative thought patterns and how to eliminate or alter them to create more positivity, joy and peace within the mind.

March 11th: No class.

March 18th: Mindful Journaling

See why mindful journaling is considered such a healthy habit. We go over useful writing prompts and create our own personalized journal.

March 25th: Importance of self-compassion

We are our own worst critics. We look at how this can be so detrimental to our lives and learn to practice self-love in a way that it benefits not just us, but everyone around us.

April 1: No class.

April 8: Learning to let go.

Letting go can be difficult. We learn tools that help us healthfully grieve loss in life – from breaking our favourite mug to losing our job or seeing the end of a relationship with a loved one.

April 15: Be the change

We explore the ways in which we can bring the tools we’ve learned into our daily lives moving forward.
